This Kit has been designed for maximum recombinant protein expression in HEK293 and CHO cells growing in suspension. It is composed of the HYPE-5 transfection reagent (a Lipofection reagent) and HYPE-Blast reagent (improves protein production in CHO cells). The HYPE-5™ transfection kit is ideal for bioreactor, spinner or flasks.
